At GossipBuddies, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before initiating a return request.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 Days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • The item is in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above requirements.

2. Return Timeframe

Customers must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving their order.

Return requests submitted after the specified timeframe may not be accepted.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size received

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

please contact us within [48 HOURS] of delivery.

To process your request, we may require:

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photos of packaging

  • Order details

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Clearance or discounted products (if specified)

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

We reserve the right to determine return eligibility upon inspection.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the Return Is Due To:

(Defective, damaged, incorrect product)

  • We will bear the return shipping cost.

  • A replacement or refund will be provided after verification.

Customer Preference

(Size issue, change of mind, no longer needed)

  • The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable.

7. Return Inspection Process

Once we receive the returned item:

  1. The product will be inspected.

  2. Eligibility will be verified.

  3. You will be notified regarding approval or rejection.

Inspection generally takes 4-5 working  days after the item reaches our facility.

8. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing begins after inspection approval.

  • You will receive confirmation via email.

Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and bank.

9. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Products with missing parts not caused by our error

  • Items returned beyond the eligible timeframe (if accepted at our discretion)

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and the order will be subject to the standard return process.

11. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Refunds will be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another approved payment method.

  • Customers may be required to provide valid refund details.
